TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Conditions & Account Terms We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
2. Product Availability & Price Adjustments Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. Accuracy of Orders & Refusal of Orders We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery All purchases of physical items from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier/logistics provider. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit, nor for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our explicit Return & Refund Policy. Any approved returns or exchanges must satisfy our conditions (e.g., within specified days, original unused condition, original packaging). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged due to our error.
7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall SURU Hong Kong, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
