NOTE 02 : Our First Community Connection in Hong Kong | 手記 02 : 在香港的首次社群連結

A quiet milestone, shared in good company.
Last Saturday, August 8th, we had the absolute pleasure of spending our noon at Soho House, Hong Kong.  We were invited to join an incredible, hands-on Kombucha Workshop led by Vanessa, founder of EUNOIA, a wellness & creative design studio bound by a shared reverence for mindful craftsmanship.

一個安靜而深具意義的里程碑，在美好的陪伴中展開。
上個週六（8月8日）中午，我們非常榮幸能於 Soho House Hong Kong 度過一段美好的下午。受身心靈與創意設計工作室 EUNOIA 創辦人 Vanessa 的邀約，我們參與了一場引人入勝的康普茶手作工作坊。與EUNOIA 一樣，我們彼此都對工藝與匠心懷著深切的敬意。

The friendly atmosphere was perfect to learn more about The Art of Fermentation, enhance our creative inspiration. Watching natural ingredients transform through time felt like an intuitive parallel to SURU’s own heritage, where Mediterranean botanical purity meets patient, intentional formulation.

在輕鬆溫馨的氛圍中，我們一同探索了發酵的藝術，也為創作汲取了滿滿靈感。
看著天然原料隨時間靜靜轉化，那種節奏恰好映照出 SURU 的品牌哲學

Beyond the craft, the afternoon offered a rare sanctuary to pause, exchange ideas, and share quality time connecting with like-minded persons from the community.

比起一場工藝的學習，這個午後更像是一處暫別喧囂的庇護所，
讓我們得以停下腳步、交流靈感，並與品味相投的朋友們共度有品質時光。
